By using ThePhotogPlan ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service provides software tools to help photographers generate event timelines and shot lists. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind; the timelines and shot lists it produces are suggestions to be reviewed and adjusted by you, the professional, and we are not liable for decisions made or outcomes at any event. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. We may update or discontinue features at any time. A paid Pro subscription grants access to Pro features for the billing period it covers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate these terms.
Founding-member lifetime access. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Service, not the lifetime of the purchaser: a founding-member purchase grants access to all Pro features for as long as ThePhotogPlan operates, and creates no obligation for the Service to operate for any particular length of time. If the Service is ever discontinued, we intend to give advance notice by email to paid accounts so you can export your plans first (PDF, calendar, and copy-as-text export are built into the Service).
We collect only what we need to run the Service: your email address (to create and secure your account) and the plans you choose to save. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your personal information. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service and to contact you about your account. You can request deletion of your account and saved data at any time by emailing support@thephotogplan.com. We use Google Ads measurement cookies to understand which of our ads lead to sign-ups and purchases; Google's use of this data is described in Google's privacy & terms. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.
Pro is billed in advance, either monthly ($9) or annually ($79), through Stripe. You can cancel any time from the My Plans page ("Manage or cancel subscription") or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you're not satisfied, email support@thephotogplan.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll issue a full refund. Because access is digital and immediate, refunds outside that window are handled case by case.
Founding-member lifetime purchases ($99, one-time) have no renewals and nothing to cancel, and carry the same 14-day full-refund window. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Service itself — see the Terms of Service.
